"Si on attend d’être prêts, on ne va jamais rien faire!"
C’est un peu la devise qui fait avancer Capable! depuis ses débuts en 2015. Le groupe a toujours un prochain objectif, que ce soit une tournée, un enregistrement, un clip, une entrevue ou trouver le meilleur pizza-ghetti. Avoir toujours quelque chose à l’horizon, question d’apprendre, de s’améliorer et d’avancer.
De l’avancement, il y en a eu sans cesse depuis 8 ans. Le groupe s’est construit un fanbase solide et en constante expansion, notamment grâce à près d’une centaine de spectacles partout au Québec et en Ontario, ainsi qu’à ses quatre albums EP. Deux de ces derniers ont d’ailleurs été nominés dans la catégorie album / EP punk de l’année au Gala Alternatif de la Musique Indépendante du Québec (GAMIQ), en 2021 et 2018.
Le carnet de route de Capable! est bien rempli. Ils ont accompagné des groupes tels que Ten Foot Pole, The Sainte-Catherines, The Real McKenzies, Get Dead, Les Marmottes Aplaties, et Les Shériff, pour ne nommer que ceux-là. Le groupe a également performé dans bon nombre de festivals, dont le Rockfest et le Pouzza Fest, en plus d’organiser de toutes pièces ses propres tournées.
Capable! lance aujourd’hui « Le Désordre Organisé», un premier long jeu, qui a été enregistré à l’été 2023 au Mountain City Studio par Adrian Popovich et produit par Hugo Mudie (The Sainte Catherines, Miracles, Yesterday’s Ring, Mudie).
" Cet album se veut avant tout une célébration de la musique. De celle que l’on fait, mais aussi de celle que l’on écoute et que l’on partage. Celle qui nous fait du bien quand ça va mal et qui nous élève quand ça va bien. Ces mélodies qui sont notre phare dans les angoisses du quotidien et qui donnent un sens à nos vies. C’est ce que j’ai voulu représenter en chanson. " -Za
Le prochain objectif de Capable! est d’amener leur nouvel opus en tournée, en visitant autant des villes familières que des territoires inexplorés, car "si on attend d’être prêts, on ne va jamais rien faire!"

“If we wait until we're ready, we'll never do anything!"
It’s a bit like the motto that drives Capable forward! since its debut in 2015. The band always has a next goal, whether it's a tour, a recording, a music video, an interview or finding the best pizza-ghetti. Always have something on the horizon, a question of learning, improving and moving forward.
There has always been constant progress for 8 years. Capable has built a solid and constantly expanding fanbase, notably thanks to nearly a hundred shows throughout Quebec and Ontario, as well as its four EP albums. Two of the latter were also nominated in the punk album / EP of the year category at the Gala Alternatif de la Musique Indépendante du Québec (GAMIQ), in 2021 and 2018.

Capable's next goal! is to take their new opus on tour, visiting both familiar cities and unexplored territories, because “if we wait until we’re ready, we’ll never do anything”!
